After eight years of building this business, about 90% of the work I do is by referral. Professional Background

I have been helping buyers and sellers with residential real estate in Kitsap County for 9 years. Prior to real estate, I had a successful career in the Radio business, starting with radio advertising sales in St. Louis and Dallas. Working as SE Regional Manager for The Arbitron Company I handled multi-million dollar contract negotiations for radio audience research and managed a sales team covering one-quarter of the U.S. Then I was hired by Maxagrid International where I was a consultant to radio and TV stations on supply-demand pricing of commercials. After many years of business-related travel, I am thrilled to have found such a wonderful home and rewarding profession as residential real estate.
